Face Behind VSMTech Group
VSMTech Group is led by Founder & CEO Manoj Kumar and Co-Founder & Managing Director Sapna Bharti. Manoj drives product, operations, and supplier partnerships; Sapna anchors strategy, compliance, and customer success. Together, they’ve built an export-ready OEM that ships on time and on spec—with transparent costs—turning ambitious designs into reliable, scalable hardware.
Founder & CEO
Mr. Manoj Kumar is the Founder & CEO of VSMTech Group. Mr. Manoj Kumar holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and sociology degree and a master’s in business administration and carries over 16 years of experience Human Resources, Industrial Relations & Administration.
He also serves on several industry bodies, enabling advocacy for the industry’s growth.
Co-Founder & MD
Mrs. Sapna Bharti is the Co-Founder & MD of VSMTech Group. Mrs. Sapna Bharti holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and sociology degree carries over 10 years of experience in Social Works.
